Book A Hunt

How to Book

Contact us to discuss species and time frames. When you are ready to book an adventure, we will hold your spot for 7 days. We will then send you our service contract and waiver to be signed. Email us the completed contract, wavier, a copy of your drivers license and AZGFD hunting license . We require a 50% non-refundable deposit, once this deposit is received and documents are completed your adventure will be confirmed.

The total balance is due 30 days before your hunt date begins. Deposits and/or payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to another person.

If a hunter schedules with a partner, 2 on 1 rate, and the partner cancels, the remaining hunter will be charged the 1 on 1 rate. Balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Rescheduling is an option - payments can be applied to any available hunt, within 1 year of the original hunt date, of equal or greater value IF a tag can be obtained for the available timeframe. A re-schedule fee will be added to the balance due. This is a ONE TIME ONLY accommodation.

See our below table for rates - NOTE; Ratio column indicates the Hunter to Guide ratio. For example a ratio of 2 x 1 would be two hunters to one guide.

Additional spotter: +$250 per day (Highly recommended on all elk & deer hunts)
Additional pack out of game: +$250 (due on site)
Extended Hunt day on Guided Hunts: +$475 per day (due before hunt)
Extended Hunt day on Outfitted Hunts: +$775 per day (due before hunt)
Non-Hunter Fee: +$250 per day
Re-Schedule Fee: +$375 per person

Discounts

5% discount offered to Veterans
5% discount offered to Youth 10-17 years of age
To qualify for discounted Veteran Hunts proof of DD214 document is needed.

Terms and Policy

Clients need to understand that we have several guides to work our adventures. It simply isn’t possible for the Outfitter, Lynn Dadow, to personally guide every hunter.

If a guide becomes injured or ill during a hunt, the hunter may be paired with another client and guide until a replacement guide can be brought in. However, it may not be possible to get another guide in a timely manner.

All game will be immediately tagged according to the directions on the back of the tag. IF a hunter bags the wrong animal type for his tag, even by mistake, it will be reported to AZGFD and the hunt will end.

Once the tag is filled, the hunt is over and camp is closed. There is no refund for unused days. Additionally, there is no refunds for late arrivals, departing early for any reason, bad weather, unexpected events, Acts of God or any event that my slow or stop a hunt.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF A HARVEST.

We Aim High to provide a successful harvest to every hunter. However, we are providing a hunting adventure, not an animal. The guide cannot control when, where or if the game will be found. Sometimes, game is found in steep or difficult areas. The hunter will decide whether to proceed in the harvesting and assumes all risks.
